Bosla Arts’ 1st Art-Residency Comes to a Close

It’s hard to image that Bosla Arts’ first ever art-residency programme has now come to an end!

The 3-month programme in collaboration with Artists at Risk saw Ukrainian artist Olga Tkachenko come to London for 3-months, giving her time and space to think about next steps will developing her practice.

During her time in London, we collaborated to create The Brink, a magazine and exhibition programme curated by Olga, featuring seven contemporary artists from Ukraine who explored the impact of Russia’s full-blown invasion of Ukraine on their lives and work. The magazine is still available to purchase here.

While she is no longer our resident we are beyond happy to know she’ll not be far, as Olga will now continue to live and study in the UK.

Huge thanks to all our partners who helped make this happen. Above all to the Reva and David Logan Foundation for their incredible support. We hope to be back soon with our next residency programme soon!
